How to add when im unavailable to work

Record dates or repeating times when you prefer not to work. Unavailability helps your manager plan shifts; it is not the same as a leave approval or cancelling an existing shift.

Before we get started ensure you are logged into Dashify with the right access levels, if you don't have sufficient permissions please contact your system administrator.

1)

In the mobile app’s employee view, open Unavailability. Depending on your navigation preferences, it may be in the bottom navigation or under More.

2)

Select the floating + button to open Add Unavailability.

3)

Choose Specific Date for a one-off period, or Select repeated days for weekly unavailability. Enter the requested dates or weekdays and optional start and end times. Repeated days can also have an optional end date.

4)

Select Save and check the resulting entry or repeated-days table. Review the dates and times before relying on it for future scheduling.

If you already have a published shift during that period, speak to your manager. Saving unavailability does not automatically decline or remove the shift.
