Read and acknowledge must-read articles
Must-read articles highlight information your workspace requires you to read. The mobile app groups outstanding required articles so they can be found before the rest of the archive.
Open Articles or the outstanding-articles dashboard card. Check the must-read group and any unread-count badge.
Open an article and review the full instructions, images and linked information. Use search or category filters if you need to find another article.
After reading, choose Mark as read and wait for the result. Do not assume scrolling to the bottom records acknowledgement.
If the article has eligible linked training questions and training is enabled for you, complete the timed question prompt. Follow the countdown for any further questions.
Return to the article list and check that the outstanding group or badge has updated. If it has not, allow the page to refresh and check the acknowledgement result.
If no quiz appears
An article may have no linked questions, you may already have answered them correctly, or training may not be enabled for you. These cases should not prevent the article from being marked as read. If acknowledgement fails, check your connection and workspace and contact your manager with the article title rather than repeatedly submitting.
