Find and filter Dashify reports

Reports help you review business activity without changing the underlying records. Available report groups and individual reports depend on enabled modules and your role.

1)

Open Reports and choose the relevant group, such as Account, Inventory, Sales, Employee, POS or Data Warehouse, where available.

2)

Choose a report that matches your question. For example, employee shift history and training performance answer different questions and use different measures.

3)

Set the available date range and other filters, such as employee, company, product or status. Check the workspace and the report’s date basis before comparing values.

4)

Apply the filters and wait for the results to load. Review both summary totals and the detail rows; a filtered subset may not match an unfiltered dashboard.

5)

If the report provides an export action, export after applying the intended filters. Check the file before sharing it and restrict personal or commercially sensitive information to authorised recipients.

6)

Open the source record where supported to investigate an unexpected result. Correct the underlying record through its normal workflow rather than treating the report as an editor.

If results look empty or different

Check filters, date boundaries, workspace context and access first. A loading or permission error is not a zero balance. Use consistent filters and report definitions when comparing totals between screens.
