Change mobile theme, Admin View and navigation
Personal preferences help you choose how Dashify looks and which pages are easy to reach. Available pages still depend on the active workspace’s modules and your permissions.
Open More and check the current workspace. If your role supports it, find the Admin View toggle in the workspace card.
Turn Admin View on for management workflows or off for the employee experience. Basic users do not gain management access by changing a preference.
Open More > Preferences in the account section and choose the appearance option to select the available light, dark or device-based mode.
Open Navigation to choose from the pages available for the current view. Dashboard and More remain fixed; the number of other visible items depends on the device.
Enable the pages you use most. If the navigation is already full, enabling another item can replace the last selected item. Check the resulting bottom bar.
Use More for available pages not placed in the bottom navigation. Recheck after switching workspaces because a page may not be enabled or permitted in the next business.
Preferences are not permissions
Personal preferences can carry across workspaces, while modules and role access remain workspace-specific. If a preference does not appear to save, wait for the save result and check the signed-in account before changing it again.
