Publish a schedule, copy a week or load a template

Schedule publishing makes roster changes available to employees. Publishing and template management require the appropriate schedule permissions. Always check the workspace and week before applying a bulk action.

1)

Open Employees > Schedule and select the week. Review employee assignments, open shifts, times, breaks and draft shifts.

2)

Open the schedule actions and choose Publish. Review the options: Publish Updates Only, Publish Unconfirmed Shifts or Publish All Shifts.

3)

Choose whether notifications should be sent, then select Publish. Wait for Schedule Published or review any error before retrying.

4)

To reuse the current week, open Copy and check the displayed source and destination dates. Confirm only when the destination week is correct, then review the copied shifts.

5)

To use a saved roster, choose Load Template. Select the template and review the target-week preview before applying it. Loading the template removes the current shifts in that week.

6)

Check the resulting week for dates, unavailable staff and assignments. Publish the intended changes after reviewing them; copying or loading is not a substitute for checking the roster.

Template replacement warning

Loading a template removes the current shifts in that week before adding the template shifts. Read the warning and check the target week carefully. Avoid repeating bulk actions while a previous request is still processing, and check the resulting week if any items failed.
