Setup primary contact email address

The primary contact email address is what Dashify will send transactional emails too. These emails include lead enquiries, bookings, purchase ordering, shifts and more.

You can assign a certain contact for each feature and have multiple contacts.

Before we get started ensure you are logged into Dashify with the right access levels, if you don't have sufficient permissions please contact your system administrator.

Click on Settings on the left menu

Click on Settings, then Contacts

How to add a new contact

If you need to add additional contact for system emails for a certain function then you can use the below steps

1)

To add a new contact click the Add Contact button

2)

Once you have filled on the details and assigned what type of feature you want this email to be a contact of, click the add button

How to update an existing email contact

1)

Click the pencil button

2)

Fill out the relevant information then click the Update button. You can choose which type of transactional email will be received.

How to delete an existing email contact

1)

Click the trash icon

2)

Click Confirm Delete
